Hi, I’m Coach Rebecca! I’m a running and multisport coach. I’ve been an endurance athlete for over 30 years. I started coaching 16 years ago and earned my Master’s and Ph.D. in Exercise Science along the way.
Who is Team Performance Project? We are runners, trail ultrarunners, adventure racers, and SwimRun athletes. We like to geek out about sports science, train smart, and have fun.
